Spectra Intel Group was founded by a service-disabled veteran with direct experience conducting intelligence operations in support of civilian evacuations from the Levant region, OSINT support to hostage release negotiations and USG-standard CONOP development for NEO operations.
Our founder led global risk data platforms at Dun & Bradstreet, founded the Global Conflict and Terrorism Intelligence Research Institute (GCTIRI) at the University of Texas at Dallas, briefed 20+ congressional offices on border crossing and evacuation intelligence and has produced applied research peer-reviewed by SOF subject matter expert academics.
