When ambiguity
is the threat.

Spectra Intel Group delivers structured OSINT, threat analysis, and financial intelligence for defense programs, government clients, and commercial operators with geopolitical exposure.

Built from experience supporting operations in active conflict zones, hostage negotiations, civilian evacuations, and USG standard planning applied to the problems your organization actually faces.

The Gap

Most intelligence is noise dressed as analysis.

Gray zone data is abundant. Most organizations watch the same feeds and still miss the pattern. The problem is the analytical layer between what's reported and what's actionable.

  • No common data model across incident types
  • Source context lost: no audit trail, no integrity
  • Financial thread invisible to pure OSINT shops
  • Outputs built for readability, not decision quality
The SIG Approach

Structured. Sourced. Operationally grounded.

We combine structured OSINT methodology with financial intelligence tradecraft applied by operators who have worked these problems in contested environments, not just analyzed them from a desk.

  • Structured datasets with preserved source integrity
  • Pattern analysis across geography, attribution, and method
  • Financial flow analysis layered onto intelligence products
  • Outputs calibrated for practitioners, not report volume
Core Capabilities

Six ways we
solve the problem.

Collection, analysis, modeling, tools, reporting, recommendations, coordination, and outcomes tracking delivered by experts who have done this work in the real world.

01

OSINT Collection

Surface, deep, and gray web collection with source attribution and confidence scoring. AI-assisted extraction with analyst review on every output.

02

Threat Analysis

Pattern identification, attribution analysis, and geographic clustering across distributed incidents. Gray zone, TCO, and adversarial threat environments.

03

Data Science & Modeling

K-means clustering, Euclidean distance modeling, predictive risk scoring, and geospatial analysis applied to specific operational and analytical problems.

04

Custom Tool Development

Purpose-built analytical frameworks, software tools, and decision support platforms. Built for specific mission requirements, not repurposed commercial products.

05

Financial Threat Analysis

Entity-level financial flow mapping and adversarial investment detection. Counter-threat finance support, supply chain financial vetting, and TCO financial network analysis.

06

Intelligence Products

Structured reports written to government standards, executive briefs, threat assessments, regional intelligence assessments, and pattern analysis for decision-makers.

What We Deliver

Scoped engagements.
Clear deliverables.

Every engagement is scoped, time-bound, and delivers a structured product. No retainer required to start.

For: DCSA compliance · acquisition offices · prime contractors · operators with cross-border exposure
Defense · Government

Gray Zone Threat Assessment

Scoped structured intelligence assessment on a defined threat thread — foreign-directed activity, second-order conflict effects, or gray zone escalation affecting U.S. interests. Analyst-reviewed, confidence-scored, source-attributed. Delivered in 2–4 weeks.

For: Program managers · G2 shops · force protection offices · government contractors
Commercial

Geopolitical Risk Assessment

How a specific conflict, foreign actor, or gray zone situation creates risk for your operations, supply chain, personnel, or market position. Written for executive audiences. Actionable findings with specific recommended responses.

For: CSOs · CROs · General Counsel · operators in contested geographies
Defense · Commercial

Threat Monitoring Retainer

Standing intelligence monitoring for your specific risk profile — geographies, sectors, key counterparties, relevant threat actors. Monthly structured brief with pattern analysis and emerging risk flags. Your ongoing analytical layer without the overhead of an in-house team.

For: Organizations with persistent geopolitical or supply chain exposure needing continuous coverage
Defense · Government

Crisis Intelligence Support

OSINT-driven analytical support for crisis response, NEO planning, force protection, and personnel recovery environments. Structured real-time decision support with operational planning experience behind it.
